At DDE Law, we are aware of the strain and pressure that is being put on the NHS at this time. As lawyers we can’t offer much for the amazing front line NHS staff of Merseyside who are working so hard to look after everyone who is effected by Covid-19, but we are here to support you and provide any advice that you might need.

We appreciate every NHS employee is under massive stress right now, and as a small gesture of our thanks and appreciation, to alleviate one of the worries that you might have, we are offering a free Will service.

If you are an NHS employee working anywhere in Merseyside or Wirral, we will write your basic Will for free. All you need to do is complete the form as fully as you can and we will prepare your Will and send it out to you. If we have any questions, we’ll be in touch. All we need from you to qualify for this offer is a copy of your current NHS ID or a recent payslip.

We thank each and every one of you for your dedication and all your hard work!

Basic Will

A Basic Will sets out the instructions for ones assets upon their death. A Basic Will is a legal document that details the wishes of the testator (the person writing the Will) regarding asset distribution and their wishes upon the testator’s death. Within the Will, the testator names an executor, the person who will be in charge of handling the estate when the time comes.

Mirror Will

A Basic Mirror Will sets out the instructions and wishes of a partner in a separate legal document in exactly the same way a Basic Will does. If you require a Mirror Will and your partner works for the NHS too we are happy to do this for free, if they are employed outside of the NHS there will be a fee of £50.00 including VAT.

DDE Law will be donating £20.00 of this directly to
