Neil has a vast background in management and property matters, he joined DDE in June 2014. Although Neil is not a qualified Solicitor he is currently completing his CILEX and has extensive knowledge in specialist areas of law, such as the Housing Act 1996 and 2004 and defending actions brought against property owners. He is also experienced in Commercial and Property Disputes, Land and Boundary Disputes, Contractual disputes, Landlord and Tenant Claims, Cavity Wall Claims and Tort Law.
Neil became the Practice manager at DDE in January 2015. He has a large varied load of Criminal files, including but not limited to offences such as murder, assault, arson, possession with intent to supply class A, B and C drugs, conspiracies of all kinds, money laundering, criminal damage where the evidence is based upon telephone and forensics. He is methodical at reviewing evidence and pro-active at building clients thorough defences as well as selecting the right counsel for the case.
Neil has made successful applications for the return of clients property using the Police Property Act 1897 and also using Injunctive Relief.
Neil is a fully accredited Police Station Representative.
